With ten years of head hunting experience I would like to suggest that the questions, which are generally good, be grouped into theme areas with common questions and a more focused sequence.
The first questions should relate to the content of the job and the competencies required. With this group should be asked the question, “Why is this job open?” The answer to this question, if listened to, will go a long way to answering questions such as, “Is there opportunity for advancement”, growth, regular reviews etc.
This is a good start and much can be do to enhance the benefit.

Thanks George, for your feedback. Since each interview situation is different and a candidate is not going to ask all 104 questions to the recruiter but only some of them I would say everyone should note down those that he/she thinks are appropriate. Obviously a job candidate would be quicker in doing so, having the questions a bit more structured, I agree with you George. I will consider it in the future. By the way, what about joining my community. I’m sure we would have a lot to discuss, share and learn from each other…..
